Dare to Speak Your IsaVOICE, training call #3

Week 3!
Continue with homework from weeks 1 & 2 AND practice your 30-second story with at least 3 people.

Week 2!
Homework:
Before you begin, Check in with your IsaVOICE:
1. How do I feel about myself right now? (I AM Statements, music, Your WHY--these can help)
2. Am I open?
3. What is my intention? WHY am I doing this?
4. Is my space clear? my mind clear? my energy clear?
5. What do I want to feel like? What does confidence look like? BE THAT!
Action Steps:
1. Openness, Wants, and Fears worksheet (from files)
2. Find an accountability partner
3. Are you willing to do 3-way calls? (if yes, please comment on my post about it)
4. Develop a 30 second story for each area
5. Video and post your story in the group!
6. Post a photo of your cleared space

I am so excited. I have combined my VOICE coaching program with the Isagenix 90 Day Action Plan, some UIA skills, and Susan Sly's success tips.

I am doing a weekly zoom call and there is also a Facebook group for support and accountability. If you don't use Facebook, you are welcome to view the recorded calls and you can comment with your accountability or find an accountability partner.

2-Create 25 I AM Statements (see files section)
3-Find your Power Move, Power Music, Confidence Stance
(whatever makes you feel powerful)
4-Clear Your Office Space
5-Write your List of 100 people (see files section)
6-Create your 30-Second Story (see files section)
