For those of you who were unable to attend, here are just a few key points from Celebration that we are excited about:
Company Stats:
-At only 13 years old, Isagenix is ranked 27 in the world in the direct selling industry. The average age of other successful companies is 44 years--31 years older than Isagenix! Of course the goal is that Isagenix will come the #1 health wellness company in the world!
-This success translates into individual consultants and the numbers you can see in each individual associate's success. Anyone who is willing to commit to their own personal growth during this time of momentum will see a similar momentum in his or her own business, but it takes a full commitment in order to capitalize on it.
-Isagenix has a goal to stay in momentum phase (in which we are only at the very beginning stage) for 10+ years, which is unheard of but very possible with Isagenix.

Culture:

A big focus of the convention was the importance of untidy, everyone working together, celebrating each other' successes and supporting each other in trainings, etc, is what sets us apart. As we continue to grow and become "a household name" around the works, this unity will be what helps us continue to stand out as a leading company in the business world.
Research:
Isagenix is committed to further research and to creating the technology to explore even greater understanding of the human body and creating products to support the body in ways no one ever has. And they are committed to keeping it all "in house." They created 5 new departments, specializing in new technologies powder, liquids, science/biology, and vetting the products to prove their effectiveness before they are released.
John briefly talked about a new collaboration with two new molecular biology scientists from Italy who will help explore new but clinically proven studies in breakthrough science. We have many new and exciting discoveries to look forward to!
Clinical Studies:
Dr Paul Aciero returned to the Isagenix stage to explain some new studies that are in the process of being published that powerfully attest to the efficacy of the Isagenix products. We are already aware of the studies that's were performed at Skidmore College; these new studies are an extension of those studies that validate the benefits of prolonged use of Isagenix products as a life long maintenance program. The details of these studies will be released once the articles are published. Stay tuned!
The Compensation Plan:
Many associates are excited about sharing Isagenix products but struggle with how to share the business of Isagenix. We were reminded that "It's not possible to be healthy if you're stressed about money all the time."
It's important for us to share the WHOLE ISAGENIX VISION and let people choose for themselves what they want to participate in. Something you can learn to say that will help you overcome any reservation in sharing the business side of Isagenix is "I am obligated to show you how you can get your products paid for so you can make a decision about what is right for you."
