90 Day Game plan

Ok!! If you don't already have a copy of the 90 Day Game Plan, you can download and print it so that you have the plan in front of you and place to record your goals and progress. (See the link below)

We will be starting on page 62 (our week one will be short, but we got this!!) but there are several preparation pages before this that I recommend at least reading through. I will try to highlight at least one of these areas each week, as they are important enough to be reviewed continually for personal growth and business confidence.

WEEK 1 GOALS AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
   -How many people will you share Isagenix with each day? (Includes phone calls, fave to face, social media, but it must be an actual two-way conversation of at least 30 seconds 😉)
   -How many 3 way follow up calls will you hold with your sponsor/up line leader/team mate?
   -Will you host or participate in a team conference call?
    -Do you have a launch party planned?
    -How many people will I teach "You + Two, Them + Two"?
    -How many hours did you devote to personal development?**
    -How many people did you share the Healthy Mind and Body gift with?
    -How many people signed up for the Isabody Challenge?
    -Have you formed an IsaDerby Team?

Celebration 2015 Highlights

The theme for Celebration this year was "Breakthrough 2015," and what a breakthrough it was! Imagine a room filled with over 13,000 like-minded individuals, and you can imagine the energy! Every year I say that I'm not sure how it can get any better, and every year they prove that indeed it can and does get better and better and BETTER!!

For those of you who were unable to attend, here are just a few key points from Celebration that we are excited about:

Company Stats:

   -At only 13 years old, Isagenix is ranked 27 in the world in the direct selling industry. The average age of other successful companies is 44 years--31 years older than Isagenix! Of course the goal is that Isagenix will come the #1 health wellness company in the world!

   -This success translates into individual consultants and the numbers you can see in each individual associate's success. Anyone who is willing to commit to their own personal growth during this time of momentum will see a similar momentum in his or her own business, but it takes a full commitment in order to capitalize on it.

Research:

Clinical Studies: 

     Dr Paul Aciero returned to the Isagenix stage to explain some new studies that are in the process of being published that powerfully attest to the efficacy of the Isagenix products. We are already aware of the studies that's were performed at Skidmore College; these new studies are an extension of those studies that validate the benefits of prolonged use of Isagenix products as a life long maintenance program. The details of these studies will be released once the articles are published. Stay tuned! 

The Compensation Plan:

     Many associates are excited about sharing Isagenix products but struggle with how to share the business of Isagenix. We were reminded that "It's not possible to be healthy if you're stressed about money all the time."

     It's important for us to share the WHOLE ISAGENIX VISION and let people choose for themselves what they want to participate in. Something you can learn to say that will help you overcome any reservation in sharing the business side of Isagenix is "I am obligated to show you how you can get your products paid for so you can make a decision about what is right for you."
